Compliance Administrator

A well established international corporate services firm is seeking to recruit a Compliance Administrator reporting to the Compliance Manager.

Job duties include:

  • Providing support in client on-boarding and screening process, as well as daily administration in the Compliance Department
  • Implementing and developing controls in relation to AML
  • Assisting in the process of acceptance of new clients
  • Providing reports on a regular basis to keep the senior management informed on the activities of the Compliance Department
  • Assisting in the performance of risk assessments
  • Maintains corporate documents and client data within the internal information system
  • Ensuring that statutory records are accurate and full audit trail maintained

Skills and Qualifications required:

  • A level education or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills in English language
  • Previous experience in financial services
