BusinessTransformation Executive

To oversee, coordinate and streamline the internal business processes and drive change within various departments during the Transformation lifecycle and to handle internal communications related to programme progress and benefits.

Key Accountabilities / Key Activities:

  • Co-ordination of internal sessions with business SPOCs and business content involvement
  • Support Business SPOCs during detailed design
  • Ensures an effective business transformation in line with the outcome of the detailed design
  • Assisting in co-ordinating the business throughout the project
  • Work with the Billing and Transformation Manager to keep track of the various activities and reporting requirements
  • Work with Billing and Transformation Manager to anticipate and control programme risks
  • To manage and promote internally the programme, milestones, expected outcome and expected involvement
  • To ensure successful delivery of the activities in terms of timelines, scope and benefits

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Effective two-way communication of programme progress and milestones
  • Motivating colleagues to embrace changes in processes and operations
  • Efficient management of timelines and delivery.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Experience in documenting business processes and data flow diagrams in a simple and understandable manner
  • Be a driver of change
  • Organisational and team management
  • Experience in project management would be advantageous
