Affiliate Manager

Growing online casino company based in Malta is searching for a full-time experienced Affiliate Manager to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Great sales skills to be able to acquire new affiliates
  • Managing and developing marketing activities aimed at affiliates
  • Negotiating and restructuring deals to ensure that all activities are commercially viable will also be an integral part of what you do on a daily basis
  • Executing promotional strategies in line with media plans
  • Identifying and acquiring new channels of business will be an important part of your day-to-day tasks

Ideal Candidate:

  • Analytical mind that understands the importance of ROI
  • A minimum of one to two years of experience in the affiliate market is also a must
  • Confidence, fantastic negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a team while staying motivated
  • Be creative and have the ability to motivate others in a similar manner
  • Find new affiliates
  • Identify possible new traffic and new ventures primarily in UK, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Germany
  • Apply the best practices needed for the business and its employees
  • Build partnerships with in the iGaming industry
  • Analysis and adjust promotional and marketing strategies.
  • Understand develop the best possible practices for ROI
