Administrator of Regulated Entities

An advisory company with a background of audit, accounting and legal are seeking to employ an Administrator of Regulated Entities for the purposes of managing both their Gaming and Financial Services Unit.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the strategic and operational development of both units
  • Maintain a neat and updated filing system both on the server and physical folders
  • Coordinate and handle day to day client requests
  • Liaise with lawyers, accountants, auditors and other service providers on behalf of clients
  • Create and maintain an up to date calendar with deadlines, meetings etc.
  • Upkeep of internal handbooks including all policies and procedures, template emails, internal processes and workflows 
  • Maintain checklists for the collection of customer Due Diligence
  • Liaise with other depts for the incorporation of all Gaming/Financial Services related companies
  • Fulfill ongoing company maintenance as required by MFSA/MGA; filing annual returns, payment of annual supervisory fees, filing of all resolutions
  • Opening of bank accounts for license operators
  • Assist with application processes for licenses issued by the MFSA/MGA

Qualifications and Experience required:

  • Hold a degree in business matters
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of office software applications
  • Proven experience of working within an office environment
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • High sense of customer service
  • Knowledge on MFSA regulatory issues
