Administrative Support Officer

A well established institution is seeking to employ an Administrative Support Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Assistance in the purchasing of supplies, services or works;
  • Liaison with suppliers, handling of invoices and posting of accounting entries;
  • Carrying out of bank reconciliation;
  • Posting of receipts;
  • Other tasks delegated by the Line Manager

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be in possession of an A-level standard of education and be well skilled in Microsoft Office tools
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are in possession of an A-level in Accounts or equivalent
  • Applicants must be able to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Be fluent in both Maltese and English
