Administrative Manager

An IT service provider, is looking for an appropriate candidate for the post of Administrative Manager.

The candidate will be responsible for providing the following duties:

Finance and Management Accounting

  • Define and implement Management Reporting (Budget, Forecast, and Margin Analysis)
  • Manage the various accounting cycles (payables, receivables, treasury follow up, etc.)
  • Maintain close collaboration and reporting line with external Accounting firm

Projects administration

  • Procurement management and reporting to management and follow-up execution
  • Manage invoicing process from issue of invoices to collection
  • Manage sub contractors and miscellaneous costs items

Recruitment and communication

  • Assist in recruitment process including candidates screening and conducting/attending interviews
  • Organise and support marketing activities & events

HR administration

  • Maintain HR files
  • Prepare monthly payroll and all related statutory charges and processes (knowledge and use of Sicorax Payroll/HR/ESS will be an advantage)
  • Ensure staff discipline and adherence to company’s policies
  • Supervise general administration activities & staff
  • Calculation of Labour costs allocation per project line from time reports and other related documents

Qualifications and Skills

  • BSC in Business Management, Accounting or Legal
  • Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in the IT Sector and interest in digital transformation
  • Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
  • Trustworthy, reliable, proactive
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with the team, clients & partners
  • Knowledge of management systems and technology-based processes
  • Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
