The Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) opened a bigger and better centre in Xewkija. The authority’s director general Joyce Borg said that Gozitan workers employed with the authority will now be able to work from the new office. Gozo Minister Justyne Caruana (pictured) said the new premises were going to be useful not only to the workers but also to the community. She said that for the first time new services would be offered to Gozitans without the need to cross over to Malta.
