Motorcyclist hurt in Birkirkara crash

33-year-old rushed to hospital

A 33-year-old was rushed to Mater Dei Hospital after he was involved in a traffic collision in Birkirkara on Wednesday morning.

The Birkirkara man was riding his Piaggio motorcycle in his hometown on Mannarino Road at around 7am when he collided with a Honda Accord being
driven by a 71-year-old man who also lives in Birkirkara.

He was taken to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance, where doctors are treating him. No information about his medical condition was available at the time of writing.
