The following is a list of forthcoming concerts and recitals taking place as part of the seventh edition of the Malta International Music Festival, which runs until Friday.
Today, violinist Maria Solozobova from Switzerland and pianist Vladislav Bronevetzky from Spain will perform a concert entitled Violin Fantasies at Robert Samut Hall, Floriana, at 8pm.
Tomorrow, the legendary piano duo Anthony and Joseph Paratore from the US will perform a concert at Robert Samut Hall, Floriana, at 8pm.
On Wednesday, Dmitry Yablonsky from the US and Israel will conduct the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra, accompanied by Romanian cellist Andrei Ionită, in a concert entitled Notte Romantica at the Mediterranean Conference Centre (MCC), Valletta, at 8pm.
On Thursday, France’s world-famous Trio Wanderer, comprising Vincent Coq on piano, Jean-Marc Phillips-Varjabédian on violin and Raphaël Pidoux on cello, will perform a concert at Robert Samut Hall, Floriana at 8pm.
On Friday, the closing gala concert will feature the MPO conducted by Miran Vaupotić from Croatia, Maltese tenor Cliff Zammit Stevens, and Russian soprano Anna Aglatova, lead soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre, at the MCC at 8pm.
