AZZOPARDI. MYRA née Dutton, aged 81, of Sliema, passed away after a short illness, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Aldo, her children Dianna and Godfrey, Paul and Alicia, John and Silke, her beloved grandchildren Andrew, Lara and Melvin and her great- grandchildren Lexi, Sophie, Zach and Jamie, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Thursday, May 2, at 1.30pm for Stella Maris church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Hospice Malta would be appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
CALLEJA. On April 29, VICTOR, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He will always be loved by his wife Imperia, daughter Angele and husband Anthony Attard, his son Duncan and wife Marcette Fabri, his daughter Olivia-Ann and husband Johan Aloisio, his grandchildren Gail, Jordan, Luca, Maria and Luigi, his brothers and sisters, in-laws, other relatives and friends, employees and numerous clients. Funeral Mass praesente cadavere will be held on Saturday, May 4, at the Parish Church of St Julian’s at 9am. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at the Palliative Care Unit at the Sir Anthony Mamo Oncology Centre and request that instead of flowers, donations be sent to the Malta Hospice Movement in his name. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
CAMILLERI. On April 29, at 3.20pm, NICHOLAS, of Guardamangia, aged 64, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his brother Henry and sisters Dorothy and Margaret, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Thursday, May 2, at 1.30pm for Madonna Ta’ Fatima church, Guarda-mangia where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. CARUANA. On April 28, JOSETTE, née Falzon, widow of Francis, of Rabat, aged 59, passed away suddenly comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her daughter Vanessa and her husband Roderick, her son Philip and Theana, her beloved grand-daughters Kristina and Julia, her parents Santino and Vicky Falzon, her sister Rita and her family, her sister-in-law Doris and Rennie, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Thursday, May 2, at 3pm, for St Paul’s Collegiate church, Rabat, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3.30pm followed by interment at Santa Margherita Cemetery, Rabat. PISANI. On April 29, DORIS, widow of Costantino, of Paola, aged 94, passed away peacefully at Mater Dei Hospital comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her sad loss her children Victor and his wife Pauline, Monica and her husband Victor Cilia-Vincenti, Joan and her husband Mario Martinelli, Carmen and her husband Raymond Cauchi, Anna and her husband Gaetano Frendo, her grandchildren Marilena and her husband Anatoli, Clint and his wife Daniela, Victoria, Christine and her husband Darren, Mark and his wife Claire, Maria, Matteo and his girlfriend Julia, Lara and her husband Pablo, Robert, Daniela and her husband Douglas and Maria and her boyfriend Antony, her great-grandchildren Julia, Elena, Noah and Nina, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Thursday, May 2, at 9.15am for Christ the King parish church, Paola, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 10am followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.
