CAMILLERI. On April 25, INEŻ, aged 94, of Paola residing at Dar Saura, Rabat, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her great loss her beloved brother Saviour, her nephews Anton, Mario, Paul and Victor, her niece Carmen and their respective families, other relatives and friends.
The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital, tomorrow, Monday, April 29, at 7.15 am for St Anthony’s Church in Għajn Dwieli, Paola, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8am followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar Saura will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
CASSAR. On April 27, at her residence in Gżira, RITA, widow of Emanuel, aged 99, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Jude and his wife Jackie, Rose Marie and her husband Leo Stafrace, Doris and her husband Angelo Caschetto, her beloved grandchildren, their respective spouses and many great-grandchildren, her carer Gina, nephews and nieces, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Monday, April 29, at 1.30pm for St John of the Cross parish church, Ta’ Xbiex, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2pm followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata cemetery. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
PORTELLI. On April 27, LAWRENCE, aged 83, widower of Mary, an ex-teacher and RTK employee, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his children Paul, John and his wife Geraldine, Rita and her husband Dr Robert Vella Baldacchino, Maria and her husband Godwin Attard, Anna and her husband Terence Norris, Josette and her husband Dr Mauro Buttigieg, his grandchildren, Rachel, Reuben, Christine, Matthew, Alexander, Jonathan, David and Thomas, his sister Connie, his wife’s relatives and their families. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Tuesday, April 30, at 8am for Mater Boni Consilii church, Paceville where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, would be appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
