An exhibition commemorating the 20th anniversary of the death of Gozitan poet and author Ġorġ Pisani was held at the National Library in Victoria. The exhibition comprised original manuscripts and printed works of the prolific author as well as photographs and other memorabilia.

A literary soirée was also held during which excerpts from Pisani’s works were read. The poet’s son, Notary Paul George Pisani, and George Cassar, the librarian, addressed the gathering.
