World-renowned architectural historian William J. R. Curtis will this evening be the guest speaker at a talk by Architecture Alive.

The presentation is entitled ‘On transforming Le Corbusier: The continuing presence of his creative universe’.

Curtis is the bestselling author of the seminal book Modern Architecture Since 1990 and is also the author of Le Corbusier: Ideas and Forms, establishing him as the leading expert on Le Corbusier.

The event is being hosted by Studjurban and the Planning Authority, in collaboration with the Department of Art and Art History and the Faculty of the Built Environment at the University of Malta. It is also being supported by the Kamra tal-Periti and Places: Design and Living.

The event will take place at the Aula Prima in the University of Malta, Valletta Campus today. Doors open at 6pm and the talk will start at 6.30pm, followed by drinks and canapés.
