The following are the main stories in Sunday’s newspapers.

The Sunday Times of Malta leads with a survey it commissioned on the forthcoming European Parliament elections that shows that the Labour Party has a 22-point lead over the Nationalist Party.

In another story, the newspaper reports that the government has engaged a new international firm to make a fresh valuation of the St George’s Bay peninsula in St Julian’s, currently occupied by three Corinthia hotels.
