The Phoenicia has been awarded the British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award in recognition of its consistently high Reevoo score as rated by British Airways Holidays customers. This award comes from unbiased customer reviews and is designed to showcase the hotels that make their guests the happiest.

Reviews are only collected from genuine British Airways Holidays customers. Customers are asked to score hotels based on location, service, cleanliness, and sleep quality, as well as giving an overall quality score. Reevoo, an independent and impartial third-party company, collects reviews from British Airways Holidays customers. British Airways Holidays has gathered over 80,000 independent hotel reviews this year.

The Phoenicia has been recognised by British Airways Holidays customers for providing an exceptionally high-quality customer experience and has also been named as one of British Airways Holidays 450 highest rated hotels for 2018. The Phoenicia received an overall score of 9.0/10.
