CARUANA. On April 3, JOHN PETER, passed away suddenly, aged 62, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his great loss his brothers and sisters, Anton and his wife Marian, Mario and his wife Myriam, Joseph, Maria, Blanche Ann, Patricia, Anna, Paul and his wife Monica, his nephews Paul and his wife Rica, and Edward, his niece Rebecca and her husband Allan, his great niece Poppy-Marie, aunties, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Friday, April 5, at 2.45pm for St Catherine’s parish church, Żejtun, where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 3.30pm, followed by interment in the family grave at St Gregory Cemetery, Żejtun. No flowers by request, but donations to the Missionary Sisters of Jesus of Nazareth Institute, Żejtun, and Domus Mariæ, Marsaxlokk, will be appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

HOLLIDAY – JOSEPH (Joe), born Wigton, Cumbria, UK, 19-2-1938. A memorial service to be held on Monday, April 8, at 7.30pm, at Palm Springs Christian Fellowship, 16, Hi Tech House, Triq il-Mina ta’ Hompesch, Żabbar.

MICALLEF. On April 2, in Pickering, Canada, Fr FRANK V. MICALLEF, SJ, aged 87, went to meet the Risen Lord, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his brethren in the Society of Jesus in Malta and Canada, his sister-in-law Maria, widow of his brother Vincent, nephew, relatives and friends in Malta and Canada. May he rest in the peace of the Risen Lord.

VELLA. On April 4, at Holy Family Home for the Elderly, Naxxar, CARMEL, aged 101, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his children Ronnie and his wife Christine, Denise and her husband Godfrey, his grandchildren Andre, Claude, Bernard, Michael and Daniela and their respective spouses, his 12 great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends. The funeral departs from Holy Family Home tomorrow, Friday, April 5, at 2.30pm, for Siġġiewi parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3.30pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Siġġiewi cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

SAID. In loving memory of a dearest father, GODWIN, on the 20th anniversary of his passing away. Deeply missed by his daughter Daniela. Masses for the repose of his soul will be said on Sunday, April 7, at St Patrick's church, Sliema. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

SULLIVAN. Loving and cherished memories of dear BERNARD, a beloved and loving husband, father and grandfather, today being the 17th anniversary of his death. Still so sadly missed and fondly remembered by his beloved wife Pat, Chris and Emma, Lexi and Rob, Keith and Steph, Seb, Jack and Sam. Always in our thoughts and prayers. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

SULLIVAN. Loving and treasured memories of our beloved BERNARD on the 17th anniversary of his demise. Deeply missed but always in our thoughts and prayers. Christine, Joe, Claire, Nikki, Charlotte, Andrew, Tacha, Sarah and Michael.

TABONE. In memory of MARY on the second anniversary of her demise. Fondly remembered by her husband Charles, her son Ivan and his wife Ramona, her brother Vincent and his wife Mona, her sister Frida, relatives and friends. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
