DEBONO. On March 15, EILEEN, née Zammit, passed on to meet the Risen Lord, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her son Mark, her daughters Nadya and her husband Colin, Graziella and Ron, her grandchildren Malcolm and wife Diane, Nicholas and Marcelle, Ian, David and wife Lesley, Simon and wife Noella, Mark and Rosanna and great-grandchildren Kurt, Jack, James and Thomas, other relatives and friends. Funeral Mass will be celebrated today at 2pm at Ta’ Xbiex parish church. May she rest in Jesus’ arms.
FENECH. On March 14, at Mater Dei Hospital, CONSTANTINE of Mellieħa, passed away peacefully at the age of 85, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his great loss his daughter Dr Salvina Borg, MD, and her husband Dr Saviour Borg, MD, his grandchildren Christine and Stephen, his cousins, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital today, Saturday, March 16, at 2pm, for Marija Bambina parish church, Mellieħa, where funeral Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 3pm, followed by interment at Sultana tal-Vittorji Cemetery, Mellieħa. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
PALMIER. On March 14, Dr CARMELO PALMIER, DD, S.Th.M., Dip.Lib. (NSW), aged 88, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Emma, née Bonnici, his sister Mary, wife of Ritchie, his brother Albert and his wife Marcelline, his in-laws among them Sister Enrica Bonnici, nephews and nieces and other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today, Saturday, March 16, at 8.30am, for St Mary’s parish church, Attard, where Mass will be said at 9am. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
ZAMMIT. On March 12, at Mater Dei Hospital, MARIO of Dingli, aged 48, passed away peacefully. He leaves to mourn his great loss his beloved wife Joanne, née Abela, his mother Angela Zammit, widow of Carmelo, his brother Martin and his wife Maroushka, his sister Catherine and Per, his in-laws Anthony and his wife Anna Abela, Alison and her husband Roderick, his nieces Kerstin and Kristina, and other family members, relatives, colleagues and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Monday, March 18, at 2pm, for St Peter in Chains parish church, Birżebbuġa, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2.30pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Gudja cemetery. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

Mass will be celebrated tomorrow, Sunday, March 17, at 4.30pm, at Kunċizzjoni church, Il-Kuncizzjoni, Rabat, Malta. It will be offered for the repose of Mr And Mrs ZEPPI and KARMENA POLIDANO of Safi. Route: Dar Rumana, Bużugrilla, Wied il-Fiddien, Bieb ir-Ruwa and il- Kunċizzjoni. You are welcome. Today, being the trigesima die since the demise of LUCIENNE SANSONE, today’s 5.30pm Mass and tomorrow’s 10.30am Mass, both being said at Stella Maris parish church, Sliema, will be offered for the repose of her soul. The attendance of relatives and friends is greatly appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
