The MADC’s production of J. B. Priestley’s thriller An Inspector Calls will be opening its spring theatre season this Friday.

Set in the hypocritical world of Victorian and Edwardian English society, the classic play revolves around an unsuspecting upper middle-class family.

Secrets unfold, pieces are put together and shocking revelations shatter the prejudices of both the family and audiences.

The play stars Edward Thorpe, Isabel Warrington, Roberta Cefai, Edward Caruana Galizia, Gianni Selvaggi, Samantha Gauci and John Marinelli under the direction of the talented Michael Mangion.

An Inspector Calls will be performed at the Blue Box Theatre – M Space, Msida (opposite the Junior College), Friday, Saturday and Sunday and on the following weekend at 7.30pm. Tickets, priced at €15 and €20, are available from www.bluebox.com.mt or through ticket hotline 7979 3737.
