On the occasion of International Women’s Day, marked last Friday, Farsons Group invited well-known businesswoman Helga Ellul for a discussion on leadership in practice. 

All employees were invited to the session, during which Ms Ellul recounted how her career started and how she came to Malta in the 1970s to set up Playmobil Malta Ltd. She told of her career progression and shared her experiences of being a leading business woman, a wife and a mother in Malta.

International Women’s Day, commemorated annually on March 8, celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women around the world. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity.
