Fapi Motors Ltd, local distributor of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, is constantly striving to provide the best possible experiences to customers by constantly investing in training programmes for its workforce.

Following Fapi Motors’ service technician Jonathan Pandolfino’s training last month, the automotive distributor has now provided a unique opportunity to Darren Borg, a Fapi Motors sales representative, to undergo training at a Harley-Davidson dealer in southeast Europe.

Mr Borg attended an intensive two-day course which oriented towards Harley-Davidson sales in parts, accessories and general merchandise. The course was attended by multiple Harley-Davidson representatives from dealers all around Europe who had the opportunity to share ideas as well as build strong relationships for networking possibilities.

The training was conducted by Nikos Kanellos, a Harley-Davidson sales specialist, who trained Mr Borg and other representatives on the various stages of a sales process as well as sharing with them tips aimed at helping guide the customer better.

Fapi Motors and Harley-Davidson Malta aim at providing the best customer experience and these training opportunities enhance this philosophy. Mr Borg said: “Buying a motorcycle always has a special meaning, especially a Harley-Davidson! The bike becomes a part of you, and we at Fapi Motors want to be able to guide customers in finding the perfect fit; these training programmes continue to provide us with the proper skills to meet the ever-changing needs of customers.”
