The exhibits all aim to awaken visitors’ sensuality; presenting beauty as a craving that even the gods want to possess.

Penny Foster, originally from the UK, will display a group of black and white nude paintings; Tomas Hed, originally from Stockholm, Sweden, participates with one masterpiece: a reinterpretation of a classical mythological theme Leda and the Swan; and Gozitan sculptor Mark Xuereb presents three sculptures integrating ceramics, sculpture, painting and installation art, which further explore the theme of anatomy and the feelings associated with the body.

Erotic Cravings opens today and runs until April 7 at Arthall, 8, Agius de Soldanis Street, Victoria. The exhibition is open from Wednesdays to  Saturdays between 10am and 1pm and 4 to 6pm, and on Sundays from 10am to noon. For further information visit https://www.facebook.com/ArtHallGozo.
