FARRUGIA. On March 1, at Mater Dei Hospital, MARY ANNE (aka Mary), née Formosa, widow of Joseph Farrugia, aged 95, went to meet the Risen Lord, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her son-in-law Frankie Caruana, widower of her daughter Emma, their son John, her brothers Lawrence and John, MUSEUM members, Carmel and his wife Dorothy, her sister Thérèse, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today, Tuesday, March 5, at 1.30pm for San Ġwann parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to id-Dar tal-Providenza will be greatly appreciated. The family would like to thank the staff of Casa Leone where she resided, as well as the staff of Ward M.A.U. 2, Mater Dei Hospital, for the care and dedication shown during her stay there. Lord, grant her eternal rest. The family is unable to receive visitors.
FARRUGIA. On Sunday, March 3, at his residence in Siġġiewi, ANNUNZIATO of Tarxien, residing in Siġġiewi, aged 86, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his great loss, his beloved wife Rita, his daughter Josette and her husband Noel Vassallo, grandchildren Christabelle and André, in-laws, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today, Tuesday, March 5, at 1.30pm for St Nicholas parish church, Siġġiewi, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Siġġiewi cemetery. Donations to id-Dar tal-Providenża, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
GRECH. On March 4, at Mater Dei Hospital, JOHN of Birkirkara, residing at Casa Antonia, Balzan, widower of Rita, aged 94, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his daughter Doris and her husband Aldo, his sons Mario and his wife Anna and Albert and his wife Diane, his grandchildren Angelique, Arnold, Clara, Sabrina, Daniela, Matthea and Nathan, his great-grandchildren, in-laws, nephews, nieces and their families, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Wednesday, March 6, at 1.30pm, for St Joseph the Worker parish church, Birkirkara, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, would be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest. The family would like to thank all the staff of Casa Antonia for the care that he was given during his stay.

He leaves to mourn his sad loss his wife Mary Anne, his sister Ketty, wife of Gino Rapisarda, his brothers Giuseppe and Gino, in-laws Joseph, Margot and her husband Richard Mallia, Adrian and his wife Tania, Anna, nephews, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Wednesday, March 6, at 8.45am for St John of the Cross parish church, Ta’ Xbiex, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9.15am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. PSAILA. On March 4, IMELDA née Belia, widow of Joseph, went to meet the Risen Christ at the age of 94. Never forgotten by her son Charles, his wife Claudine and granddaughter Caroline, her son Alan Meadows, of the late Trevor, and her grandchildren Tristan, Alana, Amber and Scarlett, and her brother Stanley and his wife Josephine. Funeral Mass will be celebrated tomorrow, Wednesday, March 6, at St Francis of Assisi church, Birkirkara, at 8.30am. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
SCHEMBRI. On March 2, OLIMPIA, née Caruana, widow of Anthony, of Marsa residing at Msida, aged 90, passed away peacefully at Mater Dei Hospital, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her three children, Jennifer wife of Raymond Aquilina, Philip and his wife Lorraine, Desmond and his wife Bernadette, her grandchildren Romuald and his wife Antoinette, Maria Paola and her husband Ishmael Cocker, Kristian, Annalise and her fiancé Daniel, Joseph and his partner Donna, great-grandchildren Ale-xander and Edward Paul, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Thursday, March 7, at 8am, for St Francis Church, Villambrosa, Ħamrun, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

GALEA CURMI – PAUL. Fond and grateful memories of a loving father, tomorrow the 12th anniversary of his passing away to a better life, joining our mother Josette forever. We miss you both greatly, but the love and faith you shared live on in the hearts of all whom you touched by your life. Their children and families.
