Three new physics labs are now available for students at Junior College to use following a €600,000 investment in facilities, the government said on Saturday.

Parliamentary secretary for youth Clifton Grima was on hand to inaugurate the facilities and praised Junior College staff for their hard work in teaching students.

College principal Paul Xuereb said the new labs were part of a modernisation process the college was undergoing.

The labs were inaugurated during an open day the college held for prospective students and their parents, during which they could tour the school’s facilities and meet with lecturers and staff members.
