FAVA – JOSEPH M. Welcomed by the Risen Lord on February 13, at the age of 86. Sadly grieved but lovingly remembered by his widow Eunice, his son Paul and partner Rebecca, his daughter Alison and husband David Key, his brother Anthony and wife Carmen in Malta, grandchildren Grace and Toby, Joy, widow of his brother Ron, in Canada, Aldo Cordina, widower of his sister Dorothy, in Malta, all their families, other in-laws, friends and acquaintances. A requiem Mass and service followed by interment at Easthampstead Park, Berkshire, will be conducted on March 7.
INGUANEZ. On February 26, LINO, comforted by the rites of Holy Church, peacefully went to meet the Risen Lord. He leaves to mourn his very great loss his loving wife Margaret, his beloved mother Carmelina, his daughters Lorraine and Nadine and their husbands Johnny and Joe, as well as his grandchildren Lily, Maisie, Martha and Jack, his sisters Marlene, Lilian and Marthese and their families. Mass præsente cadavere will be said tomorrow, Friday, March 1, at 2pm, at Ta’ Xbiex parish church, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant him eternal rest. The family would like to thank all the staff at Sir Anthony Mamo Oncology Centre for their constant dedication and care.
MIFSUD. On Tuesday, February 26, at Mater Dei Hospital, PAUL of Rabat, residing in Fgura, widower of Mary, née Bugeja, of Żurrieq, aged 86, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his only son Joseph, head of school Tarxien primary, in-laws, many relatives and friends. Mass præsente cadavere will be said today, Thursday, February 28, at 2.30pm, at Fgura parish church, followed by interment at St Andrew’s Cemetery, Luqa. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
