On behalf of the missionaries working in Jerusalem, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the members of the Mission Fund, Mosta for their generous donation of €2,000 sent to me last January.

We Franciscan Sisters of the Heart of Jesus work closely with the Franciscan Fathers here at the Custody of the Holy Land in Jerusalem. The donation helped a lot to alleviate the misery of many poor people in our area and also in Syria, where some of our Franciscan Fathers are stationed. The living conditions in Syria are dreadful and such help is greatly appreciated.

I would like to thank all the Maltese benefactors for their generosity and assure them we will always keep them in our prayers.
