Tonio Borg will deliver a public talk entitled ‘Judicial Review of Administrative Action’ at Il-Ħaġar Museum, St George’s Square, Victoria, tomorrow, at 11am. Dr Borg, a lecturer in public law at the University of Malta, was Nationalist MP from 1992 to 2002, served as minister of home affairs, foreign affairs and deputy prime minister in various Cabinets, and was appointed European Commissioner for Health and Consumer Policy from 2012 to 2014.
