Visitors admire the megalithic Skorba temple complex in the hamlet of Żebbiegħ, on the outskirts of Mġarr, during an open day organised by Heritage Malta. Skorba, a Unesco World Heritage site, contains some of the oldest built structures on the islands, dating back to around 3600 BC. On Sunday, it was opened to the public free of charge along with the nearby Ta’ Ħaġrat complex.
