CATANIA. On January 25, at her daughter’s residence, NICOLINA, of Siġġiewi, widow of Paul, passed peacefully away aged 76.  She will be greatly missed by her daughter Audrey and her hus­band Richard Saliba, her grand­daughter Christine-Marie, her grandson Nicky, her sister and brothers and their families, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital, tomorrow, Monday, January 28 at 1.30pm for St Nicholas parish church, Siġġiewi, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by interment at Siġġiewi cemetery.  No flowers by request but donations to Hospice Malta would be appreciated. Lord grant her eternal rest.

GIALANZÉ. On January 22, at Mater Dei Hospital, WILFRED, of Sliema, passed peacefully away at the age of 72, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his great loss his sister Miriam, his brother Godfrey, his in-laws, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Monday, January 28 at 9.30am for Jesus of Nazareth parish church, Sliema, where funeral Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 10am, followed by interment in the family grave at the Divine Mercy (Ħniena Divina) cemetery, St Paul’s Bay. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

MICALLEF. On Saturday, January 19, FRANCIS SAVIOUR, director of Tutto Marketing Ltd and president of the Għaqda Festi Esterni Ssma. Trinità, Marsa, aged 56, passed away suddenly in Milan, Italy, while on a business trip with his wife. Loved and remembered by his wife Carmen, his daughters Annabella and Amber and her husband Salvatore, his brothers and sisters and their respective spouses, his in-laws and their families, nephews, nieces, relatives, employees, friends and also the committee and members of the Għaqda Festi Esterni Ssma. Trinità. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today, Sunday, January 27 at 12 noon, for the Holy Trinity parish church, Marsa. A cortège will take place at 1pm and Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Ceme­tery. Flowers are welcome, as well as donations to Saviour’s favourite charity, Puttinu Cares. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

SAMMUT. On January 26, PAUL, of Żurrieq, residing in Gudja, aged 80, passed peacefully away at Mater Dei Hospital, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Mary, his children Josephine and her husband Mario, Simon and his wife Deborah, his grand­children Corinne, Reuben, Kelly and Kurt, his brothers and sisters, in-laws and their respective families, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Monday, January 28 at 2.15pm for St Mary’s parish church, Gudja, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 3pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Gudja cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, would be appreciated. The family regret to inform that they are unable to receive visitors at home.
