The Paceville masterplan was dropped for commercial interests – but the conflicts of interest could have been easily solved, the new head of the Kamra tal-Periti Simone Vella Lenicker told Times Talk.

The architect, who has been involved with the Kamra for 15 years, also said that Malta needed a skyline policy and not merely a high-rise one, as taller buildings needed a whole infrastructure around them which one isolated one was unlikely to have.
