The highly-anticipated Maltese Islands Festival of Drama, Music, Singing and Dance (MIF ’19), which is open to the public, is back for its third edition.

The popular event – a performance-based competition for performers aged four to 18+ – will be taking place between tomorrow and Sunday. The MIF ’19, which is part of the British and International Federation of Festivals, will be held at two prime locations in Valletta: St James Cavalier and the Valletta Campus Theatre (ex-MITP).

For the third year running, the MIF ’19 will display the diversity of skills and talents that the Islands have to offer. Day tickets are priced at €9, while a full festival pass can be purchased for €16. Tickets for the ‘Singing Groups’ section, which is taking place in the Spazju Kreattiv Theatre on Thursday, must be pre-booked by sending an e-mail to info@themalteseislandsfestival.com. Due to limited space, patrons are only allowed to book two tickets each under their name.

The Maltese Islands Festival 2019 will take place between tomorrow and Sunday at St James Cavalier and Spazju Kreattiv. Full festival tickets cost €16, with individual day tickets priced at €9. For further information and bookings, visit www.kreattivita.org.
