Gozo Minister Justyne Caruana and Għarb mayor David Apap unveiled a monument to World War II victims Ġużeppi Cauchi (Ta’ Neriku) and Kalanġ Mizzi (Ta’ Brajġu) close to Birbuba Street, Għarb. Talks were delivered by historian Charlie Bezzina, Dr Caruana and Mr Apap. Għarb archpriest Trevor Sultana blessed the monument. The inauguration was followed by the second edition of the Bands Festival, with the participation of local and foreign bands. It was organised by Għarb council and the Gozo Ministry.
