The Westin Dragonara Resort embraces restful sleep as one of its six well-being pillars. The resort believes nothing restores your mind and body like restful sleep.

To activate this pillar the hotel recently held a Sleep Well workshop aimed to support positive changes to children’s sleeping patterns. Open to the public, the workshop was delivered by Becky Gingell, sleep coach at Quiet Nights, who gave tips on how to understand the importance of sleep and its impact on the emotional, physical and biological well-being of children as well as parents or guardians. At the Westin one can expect to eat, sleep, move, feel, work and play well, while transcending the rigours of travel while on the road. The resort’s Heavenly Beds are uniquely designed with plush, pillow-top construction for premium comfort and support.

As part of this Sleep Well initiative, Westin Hotels & Resorts has also come up with Project Rise: ThreadForward, a sustainability programme that collects processes and reweaves hotel bed linens, transforming them into thousands of pairs of children’s pyjamas. The resort is encouraging guests to support this gesture by purchasing a pair of pyjamas on http://westinstore.com .
