Rounding off yet another prosperous year, Anchovy has partnered up with a number of sponsors, namely the Eden Leisure Group, Caffè Pascucci, San Michel, Moak and the Times of Malta to organise their grand finale event for 2018.

The workshop was held on Friday, November 16, where all those present were given a clear snapshot of the state of employer branding here on our island.

Post registration, over 250 employer branding visionaries kick-started their day with a power breakfast. Guests were then introduced to the subject in question by one of the Anchovy co-founders, Benji Borg, who gave a data-driven insight about employer branding and all that it stands for.

A forum of discussion was then opened, led by a panel of distinguished members in the field, to highlight the importance of design and insights when defining a brand, as well as the employers behind it. The panel was composed of Ray DeMicoli, principal of DeMicoli & Associates, Johann Grech, film commissioner at the Malta Film Commission, Roderick Spiteri Schillig, head of employer branding at Betsson Group and Simon De Cesare, chief executive officer at Eden Leisure Group.
