The item ‘It’s a fact Schembri not being investigated, PM insists’ (November 22) said that Prime Minister Joseph Muscat declared he was “stating facts” when he said that 17 Black was being investigated and not his chief of staff, Keith Schembri.

All well and good. At this point, may I ask the Prime Minister what will happen if the ‘investigation’ concludes 17 Black was involved in any wrongdoing? How can 17 Black be taken to court? Or will 17 Black do as Schembri is doing by not appearing in court?

Will 17 Black be arrestedand handcuffed?

Come off it. We are now used to the Prime Minister’s absurd statements.
