The following are the stories making the headlines in Malta's newspapers. 

The Sunday Times of Malta reports that developers who designed a Lands Authority website through which sensitive personal data was inadvertently made available online due to a major security flaw have pointed their fingers at the Authority over the breach.

The Malta Independent on Sunday says the government is demanding answers from Neville Gafa' about his 'diplomatic' visit to Libya. It also quotes the new head of the MFSA saying a reform of banking legislation is needed. 

MaltaToday says the government is back-paddling on plans to introduce facial recognition CCTV systems because of privacy issues. 

It-Torċa speaks of a criminal investigation into how the former PN government expropriated land where the Fekruna Restaurant was built, shortly before the election in 2013, in exchange for other land which the owner then sold for a profit.  

Il-Mument says there is anticipation for an address on Sunday by Adrian Delia at the PN General Council. It also says the 17 Black allegations about Keith Schembri have split the Labour Party.
