GRECH. On Friday, November 9, at Sir Anthony Mamo Oncology Centre, MIMI, née Attard, aged67, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family and comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her great loss her daughter Jeanette, her brother Charlie and his wife Carmen, her sister Connie and her husband Frans, her brother Freddie and his wife Bella, her brothers-in-law Salvu and Ronnie, her nephews and nieces and their spouses and her most beloved great nephews and great nieces, other relatives and friends in particular her dearest friend Theresa. Mass praesente cadavere will be celebrated tomorrow, Monday, November 12, at 2.30pm at St Peter’s Parish Church Birżebbuġa, followed by private interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. On Friday, November 9, at St James Capua Hospital, Sliema, GAETANA (Gertie) née Bezzina, residing at Sliema aged 90, widow of Carmelo (Mike) Micallef, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her great loss her only son Edward and his wife Anna, her beloved grandchildren Krista and her husband Marco, Kerstien and his wife Nicolette and Luke, her close relative Mary Ebeyer Slythe, her great-grandchildren Eva, Michael and Zara, her devoted carer Annaliza, her sister Tessie, her brother Dione and his wife Pina, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. Mass praesente cadavere will be said tomorrow, Monday, November 12 at 2pm at St Gregory’s Parish Church, Sliema, followed by internment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetry. VINCENTI. On November 9 at Casa Antonia Balzan, MIRIAM née Busuttil of Sliema, aged 90 passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church after a long illness. She leaves to mourn her loss her sisters-in-law Emma widow of Edwin Busuttil and Marion widow of Cecil Busuttil, her nephews and niece Antony and Marisa, Anne and John Grech, Christopher and Anna, Clarence and Janchiv, Graham and Charlotte and Trafford, other relatives and friends.
Mass praesente cadavere will be said on Tuesday, November 13, at 8.45am at St Gregory’s parish Church, Sliema followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Donations to the Millennium Chapel will be appreciated.

WOOD. On November 7 at Mater Dei Hospital, JOHN of Buġibba, aged 85 passed away peacefully. He leaves to mourn his great loss his wife Margaret, his son Alan and his wife Kerry, grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Monday, November 12, at 3.15 pm for a graveside funeral at Burmarrad cemetery at 3.30pm. No flowers by request. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
