RSM Malta, a leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market, recently celebrated its annual RSM World Day, during which approximately 170 RSM employees participated in a scavengers hunt in Żebbuġ.

The event was meant as a team-building exercise that incorporated a set of challenges each team had to overcome to score points. In dealing with these challenges, the teams interacted with people from Żebbuġ who rose to the occasion and exhibited a healthy level of sportsmanship and good nature.

The theme of RSM World Day was ‘Putting our people first’ and illustrates RSM’s efforts to value its human resources irrespective of their background or nationality. Maria Micallef, RSM Malta’s managing partner, said the firm had been employing people of different nationalities since 2006. This year’s theme encourages each firm to continue to focus on our people, our inclusiveness and our uniqueness, proving that there is no doubt that it is our people who make RSM what it is.
