ITALY

Zach Muscat played the final 15 minutes in Pistoiese's 2-0 defeat against Novara in their latest Serie C outing, last weekend.

Pistoiese, who in the meantime have replaced coach Paolo Indiani with Antonino Asta, are in the bottom part of the Serie C table with five points. They face Robur Siena next, who are level with them on points. 

Martina Borg played in the closing stages of Fortitudo Mozzecane's game against Lady Granata Cittadella last weekend.

Mozzecane finished their Serie B commitment in a 1-1 draw, earning their first point of the season. 

Borg's team will face Genoa Women next, this Sunday.

Meanwhile, Borg's national team colleague Nicole Sciberras played 90 minutes in Grifone Gialloverde's 3-0 win over Aprilia Racing Club in the Italian Serie C.

ENGLAND

Luke Gambin was once again one of Crawley Town's best players on the field following last weekend's 4-1 victory over Newport County in League Two.

The Malta international played 73 minutes as the Reds climbed into ninth place on 23 points.

Meanwhile, they have been drawn away to Southend United in the FA Cup First Round.

Ebbsfleet are into the first round of FA Cup, where they will face Cheltenham, after beating Worthing 4-0.

Magri, who has also played for Malta at senior level, played the entire 90 minutes for the Fleet. 

Meanwhile, Andrea Borg's Kettering Town did not make through the first round after they suffered a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Aldershot.

Borg was deployed on minute 55 and was again noted for his speed and good ball control.

CYPRUS

Andre Schembri has netted his first goal of the season for Apollon Limassol in their 5-0 win over Ermis in the Cyprus top division, last weekend. 

Apollon are currently second on 15 points, one point behind AEL but with a game in hand.

The Cyprus team will face Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt on Thursday, in their third group stage commitment in the UEFA Europa League. 

IRELAND

90 minutes for Jacob Borg in Finn Harps' 2-0 win over Drogheda United in the second leg of the Irish second tier play-off tie.

Borg's team won the playoff with a 3-1 aggregate and now will face Premier division Limerick in the promotion-relegation playoffs.
