Vacancy Centre has partnered with Chevron Consultants, a German company, to set up VC Academy and launch online learning courses that offer meaningful educational experiences to maximise individuals’ learning in compliance, risk management and regulation.

Chevron Consultants has over 20 years of consulting experience and is an expert in compliance, risk management and responsible gaming. It provides up-to-date content for online learning which aims at keeping businesses compliant to avoid regulation breaches that may cost companies millions of euros in fines.

It has its own learning management system and updates its online and offline training content according to changes in laws and regulations. Additionally, the firm offers face-to-face seminars with updated training content according to changes in law and regulations.

Online learning offers the opportunity to learn everywhere and at any time, while self-monitoring the learning process. Thus the online learning courses are offered internationally, not only in Malta.

The online learning courses provide emerging competencies to ensure that one’s business or work is compliant, interactive and multimedia learning strategies to achieve learning objectives in each course, and a gamification approach for a fun learning experience.

VC Academy will initially offer online learning in the areas of money laundering prevention, data protection and player protection. Other courses in other areas such as regulation, anti-fraud, marketing, CSR and HR are in the pipeline.
