GasanMamo Insurance joined other business companies worldwide to support the importance of breast awareness, education and research.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and this time the insurance firm chose to collaborate with Toly products once again to support the victims.

The company bought a make-up compact from Toly for each of its employees following last year’s initiative, whereby it launched a limited edition of blush compacts, which were sold online through selected outlets and beauty shops, with companies buying and donating them to their employees.

“We are proud to join this good cause and contributing to the fight against breast cancer. All proceedings from these compacts are being donated to local NGOs. At GasanMamo we strongly portray the message that this campaign isn’t just for women; men are invited to take up the breast cancer awareness cause. We have been continuously and annually supporting initiatives related to this campaign to increase awareness,” said managing director Julian Mamo. 

This initiative forms part of the company’s CSB campaign themed ‘Spread the love’, launched earlier this year with the aim of giving something back to the community. Moreover, GasanMamo organised another dress-down day for employees and the funds collected by the staff were topped up by the management and donated to the Action for Breast Cancer Foundation.
