Deloitte Digital, in collaboration with Salesforce, recently held an introductory workshop on the ‘Salesforce marketing cloud solution’ at the Deloitte Malta office in Mrieħel.

This was a unique opportunity for companies looking to engage in digital marketing activities to gain a thorough understanding of marketing cloud and the benefits associated with automating online marketing and customer engagement. Speakers from Salesforce and Deloitte Digital gave introductory demonstrations on the use of salesforce marketing cloud.

“This enables companies to have a solid understanding of consumer behaviour, assisting in personalising consumer experience while engaging them across multiple online channels for years to come,” said Claudine Cassar from Deloitte Malta.
