Education is always an important aspect of governance and administration. Never simple and always complex by definition.

How is funding generated in Malta to provide for each individual student? How are the needs determined? To what extent are the stakeholders involved? Who are the stakeholders in a democratic society?

Perhaps somebody can answer these questions.
