Construction work on the Vassallo Business Park, another project which forms part of  Vassallo Group’s extensive portfolio, has just started. This is a 28,000 square metre-area which will be developed to cater for 25,000 square metres of large industrial rental space in the central/north area of Burmarrad. 

The state-of-the-art complex is to be spread over two levels and will offer maximum flexibility with spaces ranging from 400 to 10,000 square metres. As an added value,  the property will feature a 30-metre buffer zone between the development and the valley to enhance over 6,000 square metres of landscaping.
