Graziella Bray has been appointed as the first full-time company secretary at APS Bank, succeeding Notary Mario Felice. Dr Bray graduated with a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2004 and joined APS Bank in 2006.

Over the years she has performed duties in various areas of law, regulation and compliance, including providing support to the board and committees. She was appointed company secretary of the bank’s subsidiary ReAPS Asset Management Limited in 2016 and since this year forms part of the Legal Services team. She lectures in company law, regulation and corporate governance at the University of Malta, Castille Institute and the Malta Stock Exchange Institute.

Dione Stephan Gravino is the new Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations, his main responsibilities being to lead the bank’s IT security, networks and communications infrastructure, data centre management and service management functions.

He graduated BSc (Hons) in computing and information systems from London Metropolitan University in 2006 and MSc in IT and management from Sheffield Hallam University in 2014. Throughout his career he has successfully progressed through various managerial and consultancy roles, including at Enemalta (1996-2016).
