CAMILLERI. On Wednesday, September 12, at Mater Dei Hospital TESSA, née Holyer, of Sliema, widow of Louis, aged 87, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church, surrounded by her loving family. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Denise and her husband Bill, Ray and his wife Stephanie, Brian, Tim and his wife Corinne, Martin, her 10 grandchildren: Alison and James, Lara and Chris, Claire and Josh, Miguel and Fran, Victoria, John, Becky, Benji, Malcolm and Alistair, and her great-grandchildren Mattias and Kate, all her relatives and friends. Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated today, Saturday, September 15, at 2pm, at Balluta parish church (Tal-Karmnu), St Julian’s, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. May the Lord grant her eternal rest and welcome her to everlasting life. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff at Zammit Clapp whose dedication and care is very much appreciated.
LEWKOWICZ. On Friday, September 14, at Mater Dei Hospital, AGNES, of Balzan, aged 86, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her brother Tony, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Monday, September 17, at 8am, for the Millennium chapel, Paceville, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.
SPITERI. On September 13, BEATRICE, nèe Debono, widow of Anthony, at the age of 95, passed away peacefully at Apap Institute, St Venera, comforted by the rites of Holy Church and surrounded by her family. She leaves to mourn her loss her sons Lewis and his wife Josephine, and Lino and his wife Anna Dora, her grand-children Randolph, Kerstin, Sara and her husband Kim Caruana, and Emma, and her great grandson Zac. Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrate today, Saturday, September 15, at 8.30am, at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Church, San Ġwann, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Marija Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, and Puttinu Cares would be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
Requiem Mass
On the second anniversary of the passing away of ALEXANDER GOLLCHER, a Mass for his repose will be said tomorrow, Sunday, September 16, at 11.30am at Our Lady of the Annunciation parish church, Balzan. We give thanks for his life and pray for the repose of his soul. May he rest in peace with Our Lord.
