BORG OLIVIER. Suddenly, on August 25, MARISA, née Micallef Trigona, aged 63, passed away peacefully surrounded by her children and comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children John and Cathy, Marc and Tracy, and Giselle, her beloved grandsons Thomas and Daniel, her sister Gabriella and husband Nicola Pratellesi, her brother Magistrate Antonio Micallef Trigona and wife Angele, in-laws, nephews and nieces, relatives and numerous friends, especially The Class. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Saturday, September 1 at 8:30am for Attard Parish Church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. ELLUL MERCER. On August 27, at Sir Anthony Mamo Palliative Care Unit, ELLEN, née Perry, aged 71, passed away peacefully comforted by her family. She leaves to mourn her loss her loving husband Josie, her daughters Petra and her husband Bruno, Angele, and her grandchildren Luke and his girlfriend Lisa, Sasha, Sam, Aimy and Sofia, her sisters Maureen and husband Keith, Carol and husband Mike, Pep and husband Tony, and Mia, her brother Richard and wife Maureen, her uncle Garth and wife Janet, her nephews and nieces Nicola, Spencer, Tom, Natasha, Richard, Lucy, Will, Robert, Georgina and Roisin, her in-laws, nephews, nieces and friends. Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, September 1, at 8:15am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Balluta, St Julian’s. No flowers by request but donations to Puttinu Cares. Lord, grant her eternal rest. Special thanks to the doctors and staff at the Palliative Care Centre for their exceptional dedication, with special thanks to Sandrine for her loving care and constant attention.
GRAVINO. On August 28, MARIA, widow of Anthony, aged 81, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Dione and Josielle, Graziella and Silvio, Christian and Joan, her grandchildren Matthew, Adreana, Alain and Steven, her brothers and sisters, her in-laws and their respective families, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Friday, August 31, at 3.45pm, for Our Lady of Graces Sanctuary, Żabbar, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 4.30pm, followed by interment in the family vault at Żabbar cemetery. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
