The second edition of this year’s Children Cinema Day will take place on Saturday, with 12 specially-selected films for children to be shown on the day.

Film genres vary from animation to action sci-fi, comedy drama, action drama thriller and a musical. Cinemas will be charging reduced admission prices for both kids and adults at shows running from 9am to 7pm. Film shows at cinemas in Gozo will be at 4pm and 6pm.

The following are the films to be shown on the day: Hotel Transylvania 3: A Monster Vacation; Luis and the Aliens; Sgt Stubby: An Unlikely Hero; Disney’s Christopher Robin; The Giant Pear; Teen Titans Go! To the Movies; Ant-Man and the Wasp; Dog Days; Alpha; Mamma Mia! Here We go Again; Incredibles 2; and Peppa Pig: My First Cinema Experience.

Films will be screened at the Eden Cinemas – St Julian’s; Embassy Cinemas – Valletta; Empire Cinemas – Buġibba; Galleria Cinemas – Fgura; and the Citadel and Don Bosco Oratory Cinemas in Victoria.
