Two Ukraine holidaymakers were conditionally discharged on Sunday after they stripped and engaged in sexual acts in public.
Magistrate Joe Mifsud ordered the names of the accused not to be published, and urged the couple, a 33-year-old man and his 39-year-old female partner, to "keep such activities to the bedroom". He also urged them to wear clothes when in public.
The two had been reported to the police after they were seen naked on their balcony in Bugibba.
Police inspector Godwin Scerri appeared for the prosecution, and lawyer Lenox Vella for the defence.
