The Skyline Ball at Palazzo Parisio has raised an outstanding €32,700 to help safeguard Valletta’s iconic skyline. Guests gathered in the magnificent gardens to enjoy an exquisite evening of fine dining and dancing, while supporting the Valletta Skyline Appeal for the restoration of St Paul’s Anglican Cathedral.

Joanna Oswin, the co-chairman of the ball committee, said: “We have been overwhelmed by public response to our appeal, the party would not have been such a huge success – both socially and financially – without their encouragement.”

A spectacular auction – led by the Marchesino Daniel de Petri Testaferrata – contributed to the fundraising, together with a raffle and generous sponsorship. The unforgettable ball was supported by the Farsons Group – which provided drinks, the enchanting location was provided by the Baroness of Tabria and an anonymous donor sponsored the effervescent Versatile Brass band.
