The University of Malta will offer its MA programme in Adult Education in October 2019. The programme provides an in-depth study of the field of adult education in its theoretical, empirical and practical aspects.

Participants will be required to follow a number of taught study-units, write a dissertation and carry out two placements.

People who do not have a first degree but have a higher diploma or a university diploma in adult education or adult training and development and/or have a proven track record in the area may apply now to be considered for admission to a bridging year of multi-disciplinary studies during academic year 2018/9 under the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) provision. For details view the website below.

On successful completion of the RPL process, including obtaining the required number of credits during 2018-2019, applicants would be eligible to apply for the MA course which will open in October 2019.

The Master’s degree programme is being offered by the University of Malta’s Department of Arts, Open Communities and Adult Education.
